Curtis Island Lighthouse was built in 1836 on the southeastern end of Curtis Island. You can only access the island by boat and the lighthouse grounds are in a town park. The light, which overlooks Camden Harbor, was named for publisher and summer resident Cyrus H.K. Curtis.
