In the spring, they open their sugarhouse for tours to see the making of maple syrup. They have also opened a full-service gift shop full of maple syrup, honey, maple candy, maple nuts, gift boxes and lots of Maine-made products including gourmet food, Maine books, plus lots more Maine gift items. Spring Break is the largest maple candy company in the State of Maine. They have recently constructed a state-of-the-art candy factory where you can watch maple candies being made in the morning. You may even get a chance to sample a fresh piece. Appointments suggested but not necessary to see the production of maple candy.
