S. L. Wadsworth & Son, Eastport

S. L. Wadsworth & Son was established in 1818 and is known as the oldest "Ship Chandlery" in the nation. It is owned and operated by the sixth generation of Wadsworths who still make Eastport home. S.L. Wadsworth & Son's is both an old fashioned hardware store, with lots of unique items, and a nautical gift shop. It has two store fronts downtown across from the Fisherman Statue. The gift shop has a wide variety of Eastport-logo merchandise and clothing, along with nautical reproductions and unique, nautically themed items. Stop by and visit S.L. Wadsworth & Son's unique shops as they celebrating their 191st anniversary. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, six days a week.
