Enjoy fantastic sunsets from the back porch, a firepit and BBQ for those special gatherings, and the peaceful sound of chapel bells ringing in the distance. -sleeps 6-10 people
There is a separate Guest House above the garage it is a One-Bedroom One-Bathroom apartment with quintessential wall to wall knotty pine. The private deck offers stunning views of the Eggemoggin Reach and is available to rent seperately or together.
Guest Access Guests will have full access to the entire house and everything in it. Shared access to the yard and parking with the garage apartment.
Interaction with guests We will be available via text email or phone calls. We are usually not on-site during the summer months.
Other things to note Families with small children. There are gates available for the staircases upon request there are no child proof locks on the cabinets or outlets. There is a Pack and Play available upon request (Must bring your own bedding for it)
