Oratorio Chorale is a symphonic chorus committed to advancing choral music through performances, collaborations, educational programs, and community outreach.

Now in its fifth decade, Oratorio Chorale is a symphonic chorus committed to advancing choral music through performances, collaborations, educational programs, and community outreach. In 2015, the Chorale inaugurated Sweetest in the Gale, a women’s choir, and a Young Artist Program for talented high school singers.

In 2020, the Chorale combined forces with Portland Bach Experience to form Classical Uprising, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that enlivens, strengthens, and connects communities through immersive musical experiences, performances, and educational programs
