Engine 5 Bakehouse is a neighborhood bakery in Waterville. Housed in a restored fire substation, it offers quality baked goods and friendly customer service. We specialize in fruit pies, including blueberry pie made with wild Maine blueberries. We also carry a full line of muffins, scones, cookies, cakes, bars, quiche, breads, and more. All products are made in house, using the best ingredients and locally sourced when possible. A must see stop while in Central Maine!
