Ambrosia Cooking School

Too much good Maine food and not enough time to try it all?

Sharon Joyce is a trainer/educator/chef and studied Advanced French Cooking and French Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. In 1981 she started a catering business and cooking school in Chicago and the Virgin Islands. She has taught various cooking classes including French, American and Cruzan in such locations as Chicago, Bar Harbor, California, and Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S.V.I. Fascinated by Maine cooking and the abundance of local foods we have begun classes specializing in Maine products. We are excited to bring to you Maine Cooking where you will enjoy learning the aspects of Maine cooking while tasting the products such as lobster,produce, seafood, blueberries, etc. A variety of other specialized and international classes will also be held.
