Join Maine Sport as we aim to summit Mt Katahdin, in the very best fashion . . with two spectacular overnights in one of New England's best campsites, the epic campground at Chimney Pond. We’ll overnight in the Chimney Pond bunkhouse before and AFTER making the ascent of Baxter Peak. Depending upon the capability of the group, we’ll either loop across Pamola Peak and tackle the famed Knife’s Edge or ascend the Saddle or Cathedral trails and retrace our path back down to Chimney Pond.
