Finding Balance and Roots Spring Equinox marks the birth of the spring and the balance of day and night. Vernal means fresh and new beginnings---what a wonderful way to celebrate Vernal Equinox. Nurture Through Nature welcomes back an old favorite and friend in Lynn Deeves, singer~ songwriter, offering eclectic and uplifting live drumming, percussion and acoustic sounds and soothing vocals. Jen Deraspe, founder and owner of Nurture Through Nature, will guide us through mindful movement meditation in sync with Lynn's music and the group's energy, sharing the ancient Chinese healing art, Qi Gong. Together we will cultivate our life force energy in our minds, hearts and bodies, toward the potential of experiencing greater vitality and energy, expanding our definition of who we are. Qi Gong clears stress and tension held in our cells and offers a practical, integrative alchemy of mindful movement so that we may feel more whole, enlivened and balanced. Music, percussion and song is our universal language. You are invited to join in the co-creating of magic and high vibration!
