Join Presque Isle Historical Society for a guided tour through historic Fairmount Cemetery established in 1864, weather permitting. Hear the history of this beautiful garden cemetery, about its Victorian influences, and the stories of some of Presque Isle’s interesting historical figures interred within. Lots of hills, so please wear comfortable walking shoes! The tour lasts about two hours and begins in front of the Civil War Monument at 2 Houlton Road at 5:30 p.m. Tickets $5.00 per person.
