Fork Food Lab Summer Sampler
Discover the diverse flavors of Maine at Fork Food Lab!
The members of Fork Food Lab, Maine's only food business incubator, invite you to sample their products at one, two or all three Summer Samplers outside their kitchen at 72 Parris Street in Portland's Bayside neighborhood. Each Sampler on Wednesdays 4pm-7pm June 23rd, July 21st and August 18th will feature a different mix of 12 or more Fork Food Lab members. The $10 admission price (or $25 for all three) includes a small sample from each vendor, a beer, wine or seltzer, and a tote bag to take products home. Sample something that tastes like more? Many of the vendors will offer small plates (@$5) for purchase. Come join us for a few bites and a drink or purchase several small plates and make it a tapas dinner with friends. While you’re with us, we hope you’ll support our nonprofit organization by purchasing our members' products from our online marketplace A Taste Of Fork. See you soon!
