Take tour aboard Molly the Trolley to learn impact of Civil War on northern Maine - includes authentic artifacts.
Join Presque Isle Historical Society aboard Molly the Trolley for a very special tour on Memorial Day, which originated with the Civil War! Hear about how this war drastically affected Presque Isle, visit some of the many Civil War grave sites in and around the City, stop at the “Soldier’s Monument” (one of the first Civil War monuments in Maine), and end with a guided tour through the Society’s Civil War exhibits and its fascinating artifacts including an officer’s sword and a flintlock pistol.
