With nearly 140 albums, 24 Grammy and Juno nominations and recognized internationally as a brass ensemble apart from all others, we are honored to welcome Canadian Brass to the Opera House stage this summer. The program could include Bach, Gershwin, Vivaldi, music of Canadian superstars Bruce Cockburn, Joni Mitchell, the music of contemporary giants including The Beatles and more. You get the idea, this quintet plays it all, and has a blast along the way. They’ve played Carnegie Hall, toured China in 197 during its reopening to the outside world, performed in front of 5 prime ministers and in front of more than ten million audience members.
