Author Teri Anderholm will present her debut book Inn Mates: An Innkeeper’s Memoir on June 27 at 6 PM at the Ellsworth Public Library. The library will host a free Q&A and talk.
Inn Mates is a lively chronicle about Teri and her husband Jeff who ditched their corporate careers in Boston and bought a distressed, down-at-the-heels inn in Bar Harbor. Creative chaos ensued before it was transformed into one of the top luxury inns in New England. The inn was a passion, sometimes a prison, while offering 5-star hospitality to a parade of guests who taught them lessons of gratitude, humility, love and laughter in the midst of life’s hurricanes.
