2021 Maine Whoopie Pie Festival

10/2/21

The Maine Whoopie Pie Festival has been Central Maine's SWEETEST festival for over a decade. Whoopie Pie bakers, crafters, and food vendors, a Kids' Zone, contests and activities, and so much more - an unforgettable day for the whole family!

The Maine Whoopie Pie Festival has been Central Maine's SWEETEST festival for over a decade. Bakers of Maine's most famous dessert gather from all over New England with thousands of flavors and varieties. This year, the festival will be held on a new date, October 2nd, 2021, and in a new location, moved from the downtown area of Dover-Foxcroft to the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds, to allow for better social distancing amongst the bakers and crafters and more convenient parking.

The festival consists of bakers, crafters and food vendors, and a Kids' Zone with lots of activities for children. Anyone can participate in Whoopie Pie-eating contests, or vote for their favorite whoopie pies!

Bakers and crafters can still register to be a part of this year's festival by visiting piscataquischamber.com and clicking on the Whoopie Pie Festival logo at the bottom of the home page. Coming in from out of town? Feel free to browse the lodging and dining options on the chamber's site as well!
