Cantina Cellardoor

Less than 10 miles away from Camden, this 5.5-acre estate is planted with cold-hardy hybrids developed to persist in the challenging Maine climate. A state-of-the art winemaking facility showcases the team’s careful dedication to their craft, from sorting to bottling. The beautiful vineyard alone is worthy of a visit.

Winterport Winery

In the event you tire of traditional grape-based wines, Winterport Winery offers a variety of award-winning fruit wines from blueberry to pear. The current business has an intriguing origin, stemming from the sale of at-home winemaking kits in the 1970s. In 2009, the family opened Penobscot Bay Brewery on the same site to offer beer and cider. Sample your beverage of choice on their outdoor porch overlooking the meandering Penobscot River.
