Autobus METRO

METRO's eight routes provide bus transportation throughout Portland, Westbrook, Falmouth and the Maine Mall area of South Portland with connections to Amtrak DownEaster, Concord Coach, Greyhound Bus, Casco Bay Ferry Terminal, the Portland Jetport, South Portland Bus Service and ZOOM/ShuttleBus (transportation to Biddeford, Saco and Old Orchard Beach).

The METRO PULSE, METRO's hub in downtown Portland, is located on Elm Street, across from the Portland Public Library and one block from Congress Street. This is a great location to connect to other METRO buses, purchase tickets or ask a dispatacher for assistance.

Buses operate daily, with limited service on weekends and holidays. Check website or call for schedules and route maps.
