MainStay Cottages & RV Park offers waterfront RV sites and coastal cottages overlooking Henry Cove in Winter Harbor. The RV park includes spacious sites with water, sewer, 20-, 30- and 50-amp electric service and WiFi. Sites are reserved for self-contained units and do not include public bathhouses.

The property also features several distinctive cottage and guest accommodations with views of Henry Cove and the Schoodic section of Acadia National Park. Options range from a one-bedroom cottage set on a rocky outcropping above the water, to a historic boathouse residence built on pilings over the harbor, a compact cedar seaside cottage and an upper-level guest room with a private balcony. Kitchens, linens, heat pump or air conditioning and ocean or harbor views are included across accommodations.

Located next to the Bar Harbor ferry dock, MainStay offers walkable access to restaurants, shops and local services, with nearby opportunities for biking, kayaking and beach access.
