Sunday River Resort

The Sunday River Outdoor Center caters to family winter fun, offering cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and a small sledding hill. We are located on the public transportation route just down the hill from the Sunday River Ski Resort and outside the beautiful mountain village of Bethel. Our trails are groomed for classic or skate skiing. Snowshoeing is allowed on the edges of most ski trails and on a dedicated network of snowshoe-only trails. The Outdoor Center is a great place for beginners to learn to cross-country ski. We have a professional coaching staff and lots of easy terrain. Visit our lodge and sit by the large stone fireplace. We have free Wi-Fi and a cafe serving hot drinks, soup and snacks.
