Cleftstone Inn

Cleftstone Inn is a Victorian mansion built in 1884 on Bar Harbor’s historic “Millionaire’s Row” and one of the few properties to survive the fire of 1947. The inn features sixteen guest rooms, each with a private bath, along with shared common rooms furnished with Victorian antiques and period pieces that reflect turn-of-the-century Bar Harbor.

Guest rooms include air conditioning, cable TV and phone service, with select rooms offering fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. The inn provides WiFi throughout and a guest computer in the library. A daily breakfast prepared on site is served each morning, and afternoon refreshments are offered on the sunny front porch.
