Start your International Day of Yoga in the outfield at Hadlock with a joyful, all-levels yoga class. You'll move, breathe, and stretch on the very grass where the Portland Sea Dogs play—before the stadium gates even open.
It's yoga with baseball energy and summer sun, all for a good cause: a portion of every ticket supports the Maine Children's Cancer Program through the Strike Out Cancer in Kids campaign.
No mats allowed (the field is fancy!)—bring a towel or blanket and soak in the magic of this feel-good/do-good morning. ⚾🧘♀️☀️
