The double yurt includes two yurts connected by a deck overlooking a field and stream. One yurt is for sleeping and has 4 double futon beds; the other yurt is a kitchen yurt for eating and cooking. The yurts are open April to October. They include a woodstove, running water, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a composting toilet. The yurts are located outside historic New Gloucester village where there is plenty to experience at a relaxed rural pace. Norumbega has hiking, swimming, fishing and goecaching nearby. It is also close to the highway if you need a halfway point on your travels in Maine.
