Forest & Forage returns for its fourth year at Maine Huts & Trails with a fresh focus on plant identification and understanding the natural world. Held at Flagstaff Lake Hut, this immersive experience lets participants explore Maine's ecosystem, learn native flora and fungi, and enjoy a cozy lodge stay with a multi-course dinner. Join us and blend education with a relaxing getaway.

This year we welcome Registered Maine Guide Tori Gray and Chef Frank Giglio to our event. Tori has an extensive background in foraging, and will be leading a guided nature walk into the hut with an afternoon herbal tea making session. For our annual multi-course Forager's Dinner, we are excited to bring in Chef Frank Giglio from Farm & Forage Kitchen in Belfast, Maine.

Who This Is For:

Learn to identify herbs, fungi and trees in a casual environment from a professional educator.
