250 Main is an art-inspired boutique hotel located in downtown Rockland within walking distance of the city’s arts district and the Center for Maine Contemporary Art. The five-story hotel offers views of Penobscot Bay and Rockland Harbor in a contemporary setting that integrates Maine-made art throughout the property.

The hotel features 26 guest rooms and suites, many with private balconies, along with shared spaces designed for gathering and display. Interior galleries highlight the work of contemporary Maine artists, and outdoor terraces and a rooftop deck offer additional harbor views. Select rooms are pet friendly.
