Our house is a newly constructed timber frame home in the quaint coastal village of Lamoine, Maine. It was built by a local craftsman with environmental sustainability in mind. The house is a 3-5 minute walk to Lamoine Beach, one of "Maine's Best Kept Secret Beaches" according to Downeast Magazine. Lamoine is ideal for its proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Close enough for easy access but you can remain at Lamoine Beach and avoid the on-island crowds. There is no better location in New England for year round, outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, sailing, beachcombing, and fall foliage viewing.
