Penobscot Marine Museum in Searsport explores Maine’s maritime history through a campus of historic homes and waterfront buildings. Exhibits feature art, artifacts, photographs, documents and small boats that reflect centuries of life and work along the coast.
Visitors can experience hands-on exhibits, fine art and historical objects connected to Maine’s working waterfronts, along with access to a maritime research library.
