Novio's is an inspired bistro with a menu that features some of our favorite Maine dishes using locally sourced ingredients, a full bar featuring craft beer and cocktails, and an elegant yet approachable wine list. Our menu changes with the season and as our chef and her team become inspired by customer requests and personal experiences. The menu includes seafood, proteins, vegetarian and gluten free options. Novio's is located in downtown Bangor, and is within walking distance to downtown shops, theatre, and concert venues.
