Seasonal Hours
The Deboullie Mountain Trail is in a remote park of Aroostook County overlooking Deboullie and Gardner Ponds. The trailhead is on the north shore of Deboullie Pond. It follows the shoreline for about a mile before crossing rockslides and then you begin a steep acsent to the summit. At the summit is a fire tower and excellent views of Maine's north woods. From base to summit is about 1 mile with an elevation gain of about 800 feet. The trail is well marked. A usage fee is required at either the Fish River Checkpoint outside of Portage Lake or the St. Francis Checkpoint in St. Francis.
