House is new construction (completed 2015) with all the charm of a cabin on a flat lot, just steps away from the water. Perfect for multiple families vacationing together. 3 bedrooms, plus a loft, which has additional beds and it's own 1/2 bath. 2 full baths on the main level. House will sleep 12-14 comfortably and is fully furnished. Master: King bed with en suite- shower/tub, toilet, sink Guest bed 1: queen bed, bunk beds with double on bottom & twin on top Guest bed 2: queen bed, bunk beds with double on bottom & twin on top Loft: 4 twins & half bath Guest bath- shower/tub combo, toilet, sink We do not provide linens (sheets/ towels.) Blankets and pillows are provided. Has private dock with swimming right off the dock, plus sandy private association beach 500 feet away with fire pit. Boat launch, private dock on the lake and additional mooring included. Sebago Lake is over 46 SQ miles of water; so clean that the city of Portland drinks it. Sebago Lake is famous for having the only naturally occurring Salmon. Weekly Rates: January -- May 24: $1,200 for up to 4 people, $1,350- $1,500 depending on number of people May 25 -- June 30: $2,000- $2,500 depending on number of people June 31 -- August 31: $3,000 Sept. 1- Oct 31: $1,500- $2,500 depending on number of people Nov 1- Dec 31: $1,200 for up to 4 people, $1,350- $1,500 depending on number of people Security deposit $500 returned to you promptly once our cleaning company comes in and inspects for damage Cleaning $150 Offseason non-week rentals: 2 nights $500, includes cleaning - up to 8 people Security $250 3 nights $600, includes cleaning- up to 8 people Security $250 To reserve dates we require a signed contract with a deposit of 1/2.
