Big Moose Inn, Cabins & Campground

Come relax with our friendly service and lovely surroundings. Big Moose Inn offers 7 rooms and 8 suites with comfortable antique furnishings, a common area with fieldstone fireplace, screened porch with rocking chairs and full-service fine dining at Fredericka's, our signature restaurant. Loose Moose Bar & Grille features Maine Micro Brews and delicious pub fare. We have multiple cabins that sleep between 2 and 14 people and offer full kitchen set-ups with some cabins located on the water. The campground has 6 lean-tos and 30 campsites. Each has a fire ring for cooking and picnic table. Come to raft the Penobscot River, hike Mt. Katahdin (8 miles from our door), rent a canoe/kayak and enjoy Millinocket Lake, or just relax in the woods of Maine.
