The open concept floorplan offers a large eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, and a first level bedroom and full bath with a soaking tub. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with an open stairway to the second level, which is host to 2 bedrooms and a beautifully finished full bath. The wrap-around porch has a dining area with gas grill, and the grassy yard is perfect for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surrounding after a day at the beach.
