Everything is energy. To balance our life Is to organize our energy systems as a cycle of proportions. For example: How much do we sleep? How hard do we push ourselves?
The chakras are amazing tools to empower us and peel the layers of issues that may lie physically, mentally, and emotionally in our bodies.
In this Special Retreat, led by Sewall House Yoga Retreat owner Donna Sewall Davidge, we will look at the various areas of our lives — personal, professional, financial — to discover where imbalances lie. From there we will work toward an awareness of how our energy centers can help us address healing and offer insight into creating habits that will allow us to experience life to its full potential.
