If you’re coming to Maine to enjoy its vast natural beauty, hiring a guide can make your experiences much more enjoyable. An expert can help you see a moose, climb a granite face or raft down a river full of rapids. Maine’s unique Registered Maine Guides are specially trained and registered with the state and offer leadership, help and advice in hunting, fishing, sea kayaking and other outdoor skills. Many Registered Maine Guides have decades of experience and work with Maine’s historic sporting camps and wilderness lodges.
Historic Workouts® offers Old Port Historic Workouts® and Old Port Historic Walking Tours. The workout tour is a 90-minute fun workout all while exploring the history of the Old Port. The 2-hour walking tour is more casual. Both tours over 50 stops!
Looking for a relaxing family vacation? Why not spend some time at a traditional Maine sporting camp. The remote forest surrounding our cabins, provides opportunities for hiking, wildlife watching, canoeing, and much more.
Beginning May 1, travelers from all states will be able to travel to Maine without providing a negative COVID-19 test result or quarantining, unless otherwise determined by the Maine CDC. If a state experiences a spike in COVID-19 cases, the Maine CDC will apply testing and quarantine protocols to all travelers from that state.
