You can also learn about 19th-century Maine at the Monmouth Museum or see a show at The Theater at Monmouth housed in the beautiful and historic Cumston Hall.

In Winthrop, you can go fishing on Maranocook Lake or take a short hike up the Mt. Pisgah trail and climb the 60’ historic fire tower for views of the region. In the summer, you can attend the concert series at Norcross Point, the Fourth of July fireworks, or the Sidewalk Art Show.
