Weatherby’s Resort Inc

Weatherby’s Resort is a classic Maine sporting camp and full-service fishing and hunting lodge in the village of Grand Lake Stream. Operating since the late 19th century, the Orvis-endorsed lodge gives anglers access to fly-fishing-only Grand Lake Stream, known for landlocked salmon, as well as remote glacial lakes prized for smallmouth bass. Stays include guided fishing, meals and equipment, with an on-site Orvis fly shop for gear and supplies. Lodging is provided in private cottages recommended for one to eight guests, each offering fireplaces or woodstoves, private baths, electricity, screened porches and propane heat. Daily service includes wood and ice delivery, creating a comfortable base after full days on the water.
