Three Pines Bed & Breakfast and Farm is a waterfront bed-and-breakfast located on the east side of Hancock Point on the shore of Sullivan Harbor. Set within coastal forest, the timber-framed property operates as a passive-solar, off-the-grid inn.

The bed-and-breakfast offers two guest rooms with private entrances, private baths, sitting areas and water views. Guests can relax on the deck or walk down to the rocky shoreline, with views stretching from the Schoodic Peninsula to Cadillac Mountain. The inn is conveniently located for visiting Mount Desert Island, Acadia National Park, the Schoodic Peninsula and nearby artists and makers. A vegetarian breakfast is served, with special dietary needs accommodated by advance arrangement.
