Family vacation in a unique island setting on one of Maine's most unspoiled lakes - on Great Pond,in the Belgrade Lakes, where "On Golden Pond" was written. 15 welcoming cottages with private docks, equipped with a canoe or kayak, sunfish avail. Light housekeeping. American Plan included- 3 hearty meals (so mom gets a vacation too!) served in our central family style dining room and lodge. 3 Har-Tru tennis courts on the island, championship golf course nearby, fishing, hiking. Relax, relax, play, relax! Big Wednesday BBQ and Friday lobster dinner. Wonderful for multi-generational reunions or getaway family vacations. Prerequisite loons and fabulous sunsets.
