Super Fly Charters

Super Fly Charters offers guided fishing trips along the Midcoast and southern Maine coast, targeting striped bass and a variety of groundfish species. Trips are led by Capt. John Coppola, a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain and registered Maine Guide.

Charters are available in four- or six-hour formats. Trip timing varies based on daily tides. Outings take place aboard a 21-foot Parker center console equipped with livewells and designed for stability and comfort while fishing. In addition to fishing, trips may include coastal sightseeing along nearby beaches and river mouths.

Trips depart from the South Boat Launch in Bath and explore waters near the mouth of the Kennebec River, Popham Beach and surrounding coastal areas. Super Fly Charters welcomes a range of anglers, including families, women’s fishing groups and those interested in learning shore and surf fishing techniques from the water.
