Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge
The 5,000-acre refuge protects coastal wetlands from Cape Elizabeth to Kittery. Over 350 species of birds, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians have been observed on the refuge. Interpreted trail at HQ.
