The Pearson Design Studio and Gallery opened on Deer Isle in 1971 when nationally recognized jewelry designer, Ronald Hayes Pearson, moved to Maine. The working studio and gallery showcase the timeless designs created over 50 years by Pearson and carried on by skilled metalworkers. The elegant jewelry, many examples of which are in major museums around the country, is perfect for everyday wear or for that very special occasion. Although there are over 1,200 designs from which to choose, custom work is also welcome.
