Our cabins and yurt rentals are all earth and eco-friendly and our retreat land lies on the lower slopes of Pleasant Mountain, a local landmark and treasured gem. We offer a diverse and private 33 acres of forest and trails for your exploring, be it along our magical mountain brook, picking wild blueberries on the granite outcrops in summer or hiking up to our Medicine Wheel and sitting at its center on a boulder gazing into long views of the White Mountain National Forest. Surrounding our land is extensive woodlands and Nature Conservancy land, providing a true sanctuary into the natural world. We offer guided hiking, snow shoeing, and canoeing excursions.
Experience our temple in the woods, a circular, cedar-lined, wood-fired sauna near our spring-fed mountain brook. Relax, release and detoxify.

Nurture Through Nature Retreat Center is co-creating a Healing Arts Collective; sharing expansive and diverse offerings in beautiful Western Maine and the Mount Washington Valley area, through cooperation, community-building, and mutual support, with healing at its root and core. We invite passionate practitioners to share their expertise with our growing community. We also invite our guests to experience our enriching services in our earth~friendly, solar powered studio space, whether you live in the area or are on retreat with us. It is important to us that all people have access to the healing arts, regardless of income, therefore, many of our classes and workshop are by donation.
Nurture Through Nature Retreat Center was recently certified as an Environmental Leader by the State of Maine because of its commitment to sustainable practices, including solar power, composting, renewable heat sources, and non-toxic cleaning products.
