Newagen Seaside Inn is nestled on 20 acres of pristine oceanfront property, at the tip of Southport Island. Minutes from Boothbay Harbor, but far from the noise and crowds. Located at the tip of Southport Island, minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor, our ocean view dining room, sunlit meeting spaces and board room, and expansive event lawn at the water’s edge, provide an idyllic location for your next event.

Enjoy seasonal foods of Maine, harvested at their peak, in a casual coastal setting. The Pub offers locally sourced meats, freshly caught Maine lobster and seafood, and farm stand produce. Away from the crowds and close to the sea, join us in The Pub or dine on our deck with panoramic views of the ocean, serving lunch and dinner as well as a daily happy hour (check our website for dining hours). Don’t miss our Tuesday Lobster Bakes on the oceanfront lawn in July and August (make reservations by 10am). Open to the public.
