Nestled on the "Quietside" of Mount Desert Island, Kingsleigh Inn sits in the heart of the village of Southwest Harbor just one hundred yards from the water. This turn of the century, turreted Queen Anne Victorian was built in 1904 as a private home and has been beautifully maintained and restored over the years. The atmosphere is both elegant and casual and designed for couples to relax, refresh and renew in a quiet, adult-oriented setting. The water views from the private decks are a feature that makes our inn unique and 3 course served breakfasts with choice of hot entree, afternoon treats and wine and hors d'oeurves in the early evening makes the experience all the more special.
