Glassblowing Studio offering unique glass items and glassblowing experiences
David Jacobson makes hand-blown and kiln-formed glass utilizing contemporary designs based in the Venetian tradition. Jacobson makes brightly colored functional objects, such as bowls, glasses, vases and platters, and also sculptural objects.
Also, David let's you try your hand at glassblowing. Assist in making one tumbler, one vase, or two ornaments.You’ll roll the glass in the color(s) of your choice, blow into the pipe, and help shape the piece. You experience first hand the thrill of working with molten glass. These short experiences, depending on what you’re making, take roughly 20–30 minutes per person.
