Seasonal Hours
Commonly known as the Switzerland of Maine, Jackman is ideally located high in the mountains of Maine. Jackman is located 16 miles from the Canadian Border and approximately 90 miles from Quebec City, Canada. Because we get snow first and lose it last, Jackman has become famous in New England as a premier snowmobile resort. Jackman pioneered groomed snowmobiling trails in the State of Maine and that experience continues to show with exceptionally groomed and well-marked trails. There are even trails that go across the border for anyone wanting to venture into Canada. During other seasons one can fish, hike, canoe, raft, ATV, hunt and golf. No matter what kind of outdoor activity you are looking for, Jackman has it.
