Grand Victorian
The Grand Victorian had its first official grand opening in October 2006. The doors opened for the beginning of the "Victorian era" bringing the start of the modernizing of downtown Old Orchard.
Located in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach, the pier is directly across from our building with Palace Playland to the right. The building is comprised of 51 private condominiums with 8 retail spaces conveniently located on the first floor of the Grand Victorian. There is an indoor heated pool, exercise room, sauna, and showers and changing rooms.
