Full Moon Series ~ Rhythms of Nature

Winter Solstice celebrates the longest hours of darkness and the rebirth of the sun and is believed to hold a powerful energy for regeneration, renewal and self-reflection. This Covid-safe outdoor retreat will create safe and inspired space for community to bring in the light of a new season within the backdrop of our retreat forest and sacred fire circle.

Programming includes: Ceremonial Fire and Drumming Circle Clearing and energizing Qi Gong & Meditation or Guided Forest Therapy walk

You may come for the event or create your own weekend retreat by reserving your own cabin or yurt at Nurture Through Nature. Two night minimum, based on availability.

Self-assessed sliding scale: $125-$195 To hold your spot, please submit a $75 deposit by following the payment options on our Reservations page.

Space is limited to 10 participants.

Your facilitators: Jen DeRaspe and Megan-Mack DeRaspe, are both registered Maine Guides, each with over 20 years experience in retreat leading and wilderness guiding. Jen, the founder of Nurture Through Nature retreat center, is a Certified Yoga and Qi Gong instructor and Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. Megan-Mack, former program director for the Hyde Wilderness School, has an MS in Outdoor Leadership and Environmental Education. In addition, she is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Reiki practitioner and is working towards her PhD in Eco-Psychology and Yoga Teacher Certification. Both Jen and Megan-Mack share a deep passion for the healing arts and the natural world and sharing those passions with others.
