Large Woodstove fireplace and hearth, new hot air furnace, outdoor fire-pit, beautiful view, clamming directly off our private stairway and grassy landing area. 36' by 8' roofed porch with picnic table and 'lawn furniture,' propane lobster/clam steamer, propane Weber Grill; two sliding glass doors plus steel door entry from cottage to it. Clamming directly in front of ocean stairway landing area, as well as boat access; fresh lobster right off the boat 1/4 mile away or delivered to the cottage door.
