Pets welcome, non-smoking only. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Ceiling fan.
Deep water harbor in front of cabin, magnificent views of wooded islands and shoreline; seals nearby, mackerel fishing, kayaking, canoeing, near Machias, and Roque Bluffs State Beach. High speed Internet with Wi-Fi, DirecTV, unlimited within-state landline telephone calling. Large Woodstove fireplace and hearth, new hot air furnace, outdoor fire-pit, beautiful view, clamming directly off our private stairway and grassy landing area. 36' by 8' roofed porch with picnic table and 'lawn furniture,' propane lobster/clam steamer, propane Weber Grill; two sliding glass doors plus steel door entry from cottage to it.
Clamming directly in front of ocean stairway landing area, as well as boat access; fresh lobster right off the boat 1/4 mile away or delivered to the cottage door.
