Barncastle Hotel + Restaurant
Built in the 1880's, Barncastle was the first of Blue Hill's grand summer cottages. Barncastle is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is now operated as a hotel and restaurant, still welcoming summer visitors to Blue Hill more than 120 years later.
Guestrooms at Barncastle are spacious and thoughtfully appointed.
The restaurant at Barncastle features a wood-fired pizza oven and specializes in locally-grown and organically-raised ingredients. Our menu also celebrates vegetarian and vegan cuisine with a full selection of salads, sandwiches and pizzas. Enjoy regional wines and local microbrews by fireside in our intimate pub. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively and the dress is casual.
