Schooner Heritage offers multi-day windjammer cruises along Maine’s Midcoast, providing a traditional sailing experience aboard a purpose-built schooner. Guests sail with Captains Sean and Ben, who host each trip and share local knowledge of islands, lighthouses and maritime history. Onboard amenities include a range of cabin layouts, with options for double beds, bunks and select cabins with private heads, along with multiple shared heads and a hot-water shower. Meals are prepared onboard using fresh local ingredients, with daily baked breads and desserts, and each voyage includes an island lobster cookout. Wildlife viewing, coastal scenery and time under sail are central parts of the experience.
